We were asked to design a campaign to coincide with the release of The Smurfs 2 movie. So we literally rose to the occasion. Building things is a fun way to help children develop fine motor skills – or master the use of their hands. With that in mind, we decided to not only make the world-famous Smurfs collectible – but stackable! Both boys and girls traded them at home and at school as they built tower after tower and wall after wall of Smurfs. We also included fruit in the line-up to remind children of the value of eating healthily. And the parents? They thought the nostalgia and educational factor was simply smurftastic!
