Our company is a think-tank buzzing with creative strategists, marketers, designers, innovators, toy makers, techies, movie buffs, analysts, field researchers, globetrotters, pirates, smile creators, trend watchers and cool hunters. We are an agency that designs playful & educational loyalty concepts to develop families and businesses globally. From concept, to creative, to sourcing and production.

Originating from being a creative toy design studio and knowing the insights of what drives kids and families, UNGA develops out of this core DNA into new countries and into new business channels like Petrol, Airlines and Leisure. We work with both licensed IP (e.g. Disney) as own IP (e.g. Little Shop).

The team and responsibilities:

Within our Marketing team, you will execute the role of a creative Content Manager that gives our UNGA-story a boost. Together with the Marketing Director you will develop a complete content strategy and you will be responsible for its implementation. The content you will create, will be distributed predominantly digitally. So, you’ll have the freedom to come up with any ideas to spread this content in a creative way in the world of media. Some tasks you can think of you will be doing:

  • Think from strategy to content calendar;
  • Take the lead in creating content for our own channels and make sure it targets our core;
  • Using your photographic and editing skills for visual content;
  • Come up with creative ideas for new content;
  • Going to events and share reads;
  • Vlogging/blogging;
  • A lot of writing (an UNGA magazine for example);
  • Analyze the impact of everything you do;
  • Bringing the UNGA-style into the world.

Qualities you will bring to the team:

  • 2/3 years of experience in making content;
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree (Media/Communications for example);
  • You’re available fulltime (40 hours per week);
  • Demonstrable digital experiences;
  • Experiences in making a content strategy;
  • Fluent in English;
  • You know the world of Media and how to influence it;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Photograph/Editing skills are a plus;
  • Skilled with software like Photoshop/Indesign, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics etc.;
  • You are creative and innovative;
  • You know how to work with tight deadlines;
  • Team player, energetic and happy to be a hands-on member of the team!
