For the expansion of our Commercial team and to cover some maternity leaves we are looking for an experienced service minded Account Manager to join us on the 1st of March 2019. You are responsible for the execution of our campaigns and managing our key retail accounts, in multiple countries.
What your role will involve
You will act as the connection between our teams in the Netherlands (Design, Sourcing & Production) and regularly liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance to the customer’s needs. You are accountable for successfully managing a trusted relationship with the client and all internal and external stakeholders.

You are always in the driver seat and keen to make it happen.
You have obtained a Bachelor or Master’s degree
You have at least 7-10 years’ experience in Retail Account Management or Trade Marketing or similar (e.g. Agency Account Management)
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Experience in supervising a team
Excellent communication skills, you know how and in which way to communicate to different types of stakeholders
Fluent in English, both verbally and written and preferably fluent in German or another language
A great drive and a great will to win

A problem-solving way of thinking
Willing to travel on a frequent base
Exited about toys, games and kids
Technical background: familiar with product development and production processes
