Our First Little Garden Campaign in the UK launches at M&S
Our famous ‘little’ concepts have been traveling the world over the last few years. And on February 26, our first Little Garden campaign in the UK and the Republic of Ireland launched at M&S. A great opportunity for M&S to build relevancy with family-aged customers and help children to learn a whole lot about gardening and growing their own plants.
M&S Little Garden: 12 seeds to collect and grow
The Little Garden loyalty campaign offers M&S’s customers one seedling kit for free with every £20 or more spent at M&S Food. Basil, carrot, chili pepper, forget-me-not, lettuce, beetroot, micro cress, pansy, parsley, pepper, radish and viola… 12 varieties of vegetables, herbs and flowers are available to collect. Each kit includes a biodegradable pot, a soil tablet and a seed mat.
Helping M&S to build relevancy with families
The loyalty campaign is designed to create fun for families during the Spring and help customers and their kids to learn where food comes from and how plants and flowers grow.
The campaign – running until mid-April or while stocks last – is part of M&S Food’s plan to become more relevant, more often to family-aged customers and drive basket size and frequency. Little Garden is supported with a range of accessories, such as a colorful miniature toolset and watering can for £3 (suitable for children aged 3+).
M&S’ Little Garden is UNGA’s first seedling kit campaign ever launched in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
