Trends from the International Loyalty Awards 2022

The International Loyalty Awards 2022 had the biggest response ever, proving that the importance of customer loyalty remains. From the different trends highlighted based on the product entries, two main ones can be related to the grocery retail loyalty industry:

  1. Collectibles and short-term initiatives are proving their worth as always
  2. Environmentally friendly rewards and Corporate Social Responsibility remains a strong and very well supported trend

These two trends reflect customers’ needs and expectations, but also the direction in which grocery retailers will continuously make an impact and connect with their shoppers. The nominations of UNGA’s campaigns aligned with these trends reinforce our expertise not only with family collectibles in short-term programs but our innovation and creativity to go beyond and support retailers on their sustainable mission.

And the winner is…

Save the date! Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, in London, on June 14th, 2022
